Project Introduction

The name Wildpath Outdoors plays on the idea that an individual can roam about without a goal or purpose , we believe that the very best outdoor adventures can often be found anywhere as long as the person wants to find it. The target demographic is mostly but not limited to the 21 to 46 years-old young adults from the spanish community and professionals in British Colombia.

Wildpath Outdoors apparel and gear is attractive to indi- viduals who love to hike, walk and bike in the many con- servation areas, along lakeshore paths, on trails in cottage country and in the provincial parks that can be easily trav- eled to from relatively close major city centres and urban neighborhoods.

Objectives and Challenges

In pursuit of our goals, Wildpath Outdoors aims to achieve several key objectives. Firstly, we seek to establish our brand as a household name within the Spanish-speaking community and among professionals residing in British Columbia. Through targeted marketing efforts and community engagement, we aim to build recognition and trust in our brand. Secondly, we endeavor to engage our target audience of young adults aged 21 to 46 who are passionate about outdoor activities such as hiking, walking, and biking. By understanding their needs and preferences, we aim to create products that resonate with their lifestyle and foster long-term brand loyalty. Additionally, we strive to create attractive apparel and gear that not only meets the functional requirements of outdoor enthusiasts but also embodies the spirit of adventure and exploration. Lastly, we aim to expand our geographical reach beyond major city centers and urban neighborhoods, ensuring accessibility to outdoor enthusiasts across diverse regions of British Columbia.

However, we recognize that achieving these objectives will not be without its challenges. One of the primary challenges we anticipate is ensuring cultural relevance and authenticity in our brand messaging and product offerings for the Spanish-speaking community while also catering to the preferences of professionals in British Columbia. Furthermore, we must navigate a highly competitive landscape, contending with established outdoor brands and local retailers vying for the attention of our target audience. Managing our supply chain and logistics effectively will be crucial, particularly in meeting demand fluctuations and maintaining product quality and timely delivery standards. Finally, overcoming market saturation poses a significant challenge, necessitating innovation in design, material selection, and customer service to differentiate Wildpath Outdoors and carve out a distinct place in the market.
